The deadline for all condo corporations in Toronto to adopt a mask policy is Wednesday, August 5, 2020.
The City of Toronto’s new mandatory mask by-law was enacted yesterday, July 29, 2020, and comes into force 7 days later. For some additional background, see our last blog or the City of Toronto news release.
The City has also created some helpful signage for use in common areas, which we hope will be further updated to reflect that masks are now mandatory.
