Economic Hardship Covid19

In late July 2020, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a public notice about forthcoming reporting requirements for certain providers that accepted funding of one or more payments exceeding $10,000 from the Provider Relief Fund (PRF). The reporting notice initially advised recipients that additional details would be provided by August 17, 2020. However, the release date has been delayed.

Providers will still receive detailed PRF reporting instructions and a data collection template in advance of the reporting system’s availability – currently targeted for October 1, 2020. Providers should continue to check the Husch Blackwell website for the latest updates.

Applications for Phase 2 General Distribution Funding continue to be accepted until August 28, 2020. Programs eligible to apply include Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program, dental service and certain Medicare providers.
