Daniel Conlon

Tucker Arensberg Attorney Daniel Conlon has seen the impact of COVID-19 across his practice, from municipal to hospitality to business law. The most recent edition of The Duquesne Lawyer, the alumni publication from Duquesne University School of Law, chronicled Conlon’s experience in its article titled Law in the Time of Corona: How the Virus Is Impacting “The Practice”.

“It’s no secret that hospitality tenants have suffered the most during the pandemic, and many are struggling to pay rent to their landlords,” Attorney Conlon is quoted saying in the article. “During the pandemic, I have assisted several restaurant tenants with creative lease modifications and negotiations to keep the parties out of court.”

Attorney Conlon joined Tucker Arensberg in 2016 and has built a robust hospitality practice, helping breweries, restaurants and small businesses across western Pennsylvania with everything from acquiring or selling a liquor license to assisting with commercial leases and other commercial transactions.

Daniel’s practice also includes advising local governments and a variety of corporate clients.  He serves as Solicitor for the Borough of Avalon and Borough of Rosslyn Farms.
