- 6d. Action: Election of Chair of the Board for 2021-22.
- 8e. Action: Consider and discuss approval of the creation of a Workgroup on Texas Lawyer Needs Arising From the 2020 Pandemic and 2021 Winter Storm.
- 9b. Action: Consider approval of the State Bar of Texas 2021-22 proposed budget for presentation to the Supreme Court.
- 14b. Action: Consider and discuss approval of the proposed amendments to MCLE Accreditation Standards.
