Phoenix, AZ (July 25, 2022) – Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. is pleased to announce it has strengthened the Firm’s commercial litigation and general liability practice areas with the hiring of Haley A. Harrigan as an Associate in the Phoenix office. Ms. Harrigan will apply her diverse legal background and skills to continue the JSS legacy of serving the local community.

As an Arizona native, Ms. Harrigan has strong ties to businesses in the community and understands the importance of keeping up with developments in the law, business, and technology.  She passionately represents her clients’ business interests, working diligently to analyze case merits, evaluate opportunities for risk transfer, and drives positive resolutions to complex legal matters. Ms. Harrigan brings with her significant experience in general liability, personal injury/wrongful death, dram shop, medical malpractice, and construction defect matters.  Ms. Harrigan has proven success in securing case dismissals, defense verdicts, and advantageous settlements.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Ms. Harrigan worked for a Fortune 100 company where she analyzed complex transactional and customer data and drafted Suspicious Activity Reports for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) related to the detection of money laundering, terrorist financing, structuring, and other white collar crimes.
