Aron C. Beezley, co-leader of the firm’s Government Contracts Practice Group and a partner in the Washington, D.C. office, has been named a 2022 Law360 MVP of the Year winner in the Government Contracts category.

The 12th annual Law360 MVP Awards recognize attorneys across the country who have distinguished themselves from their peers by making significant contributions to their practice areas and by achieving hard-earned successes in complex and high-value matters over the past year. Aron is one of only five government contracts attorneys in the country who received this prestigious recognition in 2022.

Aron Beezley has experience representing government contractors in numerous industries and in all aspects of the government-contracting process, including negotiation, award, performance and termination. His practice is focused on the litigation of contract claims and bid protests before the U.S. Court of the Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Government Accountability Office, and the Board of Contract Appeals. Through this work, Mr. Beezley has litigated some of the most high-profile and noteworthy government contracts cases over the past several years, including a bid protest involving a multibillion-dollar U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program in 2021.

Bradley’s Government Contracts Practice Group, which was named a Law360 Practice Group of the Year in 2021, is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading government contracts practices, representing both large and small contractors in all aspects of federal, state and local contracting.

Bob Symon practices in the areas of construction and government contract law. Clients routinely seek out Bob’s advice to assist in such matters as protesting government procurement decisions, interpreting the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), prosecuting claims under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA) or insuring compliance with ethical obligations to name just a few. Indeed, Bob has enjoyed considerable success for clients prosecuting and defending bid protests at the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Similarly, he has litigated contract disputes with equal success throughout the country in federal and state forums in a wide variety of complex construction claims.
