Danielle, we’re so thrilled to have you on board! Tell us about your background.
I live in Barrington, Illinois with my tiny goldendoodle Teddy. Before Paladin, I worked at the #1 independent brokerage in the United States, Compass Real Estate, supporting real estate agents in adopting Compass’ end-to-end platform and building their business, as well as serving as the president of Women of Compass. Prior to working at Compass, I worked in the senior living industry for six years. I am passionate about everybody having a voice, being represented and treated fairly, and increasing access to justice.
What drew you to Paladin?
The combination of Paladin’s mission and the technology is what drew me to Paladin. I’m ecstatic to make an impact and increase accessibility to justice through the power of technology.
Why is access to justice important to you?
Justice is one of the most important moral values in the legal realm, and providing fair legal services to the underrepresented and benefiting the community that might otherwise not have access is incredibly important to form the foundation to a civilized society. Each person deserves the right to a fair trial, and having an individual fight for you can make the justice system far less daunting.
