The paper examines the implementation of the right to inclusive education of persons with disabilities in Ethiopia. It scrutinizes domestic laws, Policies, Strategies, and Programs of the Government in light of international human right law standards to find out shortcomings and barriers in the realization of the right to inclusive education of persons with disabilities.
