They also touch on the premium cigar industry’s challenge to FDA’s warning label requirement; the tobacco industry’s challenge to FDA’s graphic cigarette warning label rule; and a court order that resolved the government’s long-running civil racketeering lawsuit against the largest U.S. cigarette companies.
