Steven K. Mignogna served as a Moderator for the New Jersey Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) on February 7, 2023. The program aimed to educate trust and estate practitioners as to diversity, equity and inclusion among their clients, allowing the professionals to grow their practice and be more sensitive to ethics and inclusivity. The topics included the challenges that emanate from sexual orientation, culture, religion, and disabilities.

ACTEC is a prestigious association of highly-credentialed trust and estate lawyers. Its members are elected to the College by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. All ACTEC members have made substantial contributions to the field of trusts and estates law through writing, teaching and bar leadership activities.
