Please check out our most recent job posting for two new attorneys. If you think you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway. Studies have shown that women, people of color, and other historically marginalized groups are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every qualification in a job description. At The Law Center, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and healthy workplace. So, if you are excited about our job posting, consider applying even if your experience doesn’t match perfectly with the posting. You may be the right person for this position or another one. We look for good people, first and foremost.

The Law Center, S.C., d/b/a The Law Center for Children & Families, is seeking two full-time associate attorneys to join its team. We are a boutique law firm in downtown Madison with exciting niche practice areas (see www.lawcenterwisconsin.com). Ideal candidates will have experience and interest in some of the following practice areas: transactional areas (life and estate planning, real estate transactions, and business law); and litigation areas (family law, TPR and adoption, school law, and probate). Experience in employment law is also welcome. We offer compensation commensurate with experience, a generous benefits package, and a workplace concerned with balance and employee wellness. Please send your resume, a writing sample, and a cover letter to Kellie Oberstar at koberstar@lawcenterwisconsin.com. All inquiries will be kept confidential. We encourage members of historically underrepresented groups to apply.
