Eir Partners has acquired a majority stake in Gifthealth, according to a news release.
Gifthealth, based in Columbus, Ohio, is pharmacy software company. Founded in 2020, the company’s solution is designed to improve patient access to more affordable medications.
Eir, based in Miami, is a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Founded in 2015, Eir’s targeted stages of investment include growth equity through control buyouts and investment sizes ranging from $15 million to $75 million.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
