On 2 June 2023, the FCA published Quarterly Consultation No 40.
In Quarterly Consultation No 40 the FCA is proposing to:
- Make corrections and clarifications to MIFIDPRU 7 and SUP 16.
- Introduce a post-trade transparency deferral for exchange traded fund transactions executed at net asset value.
- Clarify the scope of the ban on offering retail clients incentives to invest in high-risk investments.
The deadline for comments to Quarterly Consultation No 40 is 10 July 2023.
