Every fall Aliant brings together our lawyers from across the globe for 3 days of meetings, team-building and social events. This years’ Aliant Fall Conference will be held 20-23 September in Helsinki, Finland.

We ask that attendees (other than MP’s) plan to arrive in time to attend the welcome dinner on the evening of Thursday, 21 September and stay through Saturday, 23 September, departing Saturday evening or Sunday morning.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A special room rate has been negotiated at Hotel U14 located in the heart of the city, also where the conference programs will be held.
Please read the following the information on hotel reservations and follow the link to reserve your room:
- Reservation link for accommodation at Hotel U14 is available until 31 August. After this deadline rooms and price are subject to the availability.
- All online reservations require a valid credit card throughout the stay, but payment is done at the hotel.
- Each room reservation can be cancelled free of charge one (1) day prior to arrival by 23.59 local time. For all late cancellations and no-show reservations, you will be charged for the first night.
