Register here.

The Supreme Court’s most recent Term is producing rulings on many important business issues, including the power of federal regulatory agencies; constitutional restrictions on a State’s authority to project its regulatory preferences extraterritorially; personal jurisdiction; patent, trademark, and copyright law; and arbitration. The Court also will address several high-profile social issues. And next Term’s docket already contains a number of important business and non-business cases.

Please join Nicole Saharsky and Andrew Pincus as they discuss the practical consequences of this Term’s decisions, preview the cases on next Term’s docket, and discuss the impact on the Court of the recent addition of Justice Jackson.
