Yesterday afternoon USCIS announced that the second round of the H-1B cap-subject lottery just recently announced is now complete.

All prospective petitioners from this round of selection have been notified of the selected registration. The Registration Selection notice indicates that the company is now eligible to file an H-1B cap-subject petition for the beneficiary named in the applicable selected registration. The Registration Selection notice lists the proper service center to submit the petition between 08/02/2023 and 10/31/2023. No electronic filings are allowed.

Only petitioners with selected registrations may file H-1B cap-subject petitions for FY 2024, and only for the beneficiary named in the applicable selected registration notice. Petitioners must include the printed copy of the applicable registration selection notice with the FY 2024 H-1B cap-subject petition.

Should you receive a selection notice and need any immigration assistance, please contact an attorney with the Immigration Practice Group at Fox Rothschild to discuss your eligibility.
