On 29 February 2024, members of the Norton Rose Fulbright Risk Advisory and Financial Services team hosted the first in our three part webinar series on ESG.

In this first instalment of the webinar series the team provided an analysis into the SFDR vs the SDR.  In addition, the team looked closely at the increasing risks of greenwashing, highlighting what firms should be aware of and how they can best alleviate the risk. The team was also joined by Joana Castro from Unigestion, to give an industry insight into this topic.

The session concluded with a lively panel discussion on the above topics and the panel took the time to answer our audience questions focussed on greenwashing.

We shall continue to look closely at the increasing risks of greenwashing throughout the rest of this ESG webinar series.

Please look out for details of the second instalment of our ESG webinar series.
