It doesn’t feel like 12 years ago when the American Bar Association discovered Rio and the FutureLawyer at our office in St. Petersburg, and sent a photog down from Chicago to take our photo for an article about lawyers who have pets at the office. Everybody else had dogs and cats, so I suppose we were a novelty. Rio is still with us, and will probably outlive me. But, that is what pet trusts are for, no?
