My first reaction to this sign at a restaurant would be to turn around and go to another restaurant. I am pretty good about tipping, but 30% is pretty high. I usually tip 20% for good service, which is what most servers at most places provide. But, AITAH when I ask a simple question of this restaurant? If you can’t pay your servers a living wage, maybe you shouldn’t own a restaurant? Relax, guys, tips are about to be tax free anyway.
