Wiggin and Dana’s Antitrust and Technology Disputes Practice Group is excited to launch Blog of Reason, named for the so-called “rule of reason” under U.S. antitrust law. As followers of antitrust law know, a “rule of reason” analysis is expansive, searching, and nuanced. Blog of Reason aspires to be the same. But our blog’s coverage will be broader than its namesake legal framework, offering real-time insights on a range of important antitrust and consumer protection topics, including:
- antitrust litigation and enforcement
- merger review
- compliance and investigations
- agency policy, rulemaking, guidance, and enforcement priorities
- consumer protection
This blog will also serve as an archival resource. Peruse the blog and you will find our writing on these topics from prior years.
Our approach and coverage are shaped by our dozens of years of experience tackling the toughest antitrust and consumer protection challenges—as litigators, deal partners, and advisors. We are excited to bring you our analysis of issues shaping the antitrust and consumer protection landscapes, and we encourage you to reach out if you have any feedback about the blog, the topics we cover, or to chat further about any of the issues we write about. You can contact us with any questions here.
