The Official Communication No. 516.2025.1850 (the “Communication”), dated June 3, 2025, was published by the Secretary of the Economy through the office of the General Director of Trade Facilitation and Foreign Trade (the “DGFCE” for its acronym in Spanish), whereby the applicability of the automatic export notices is extended, pursuant to the “DECREE subjecting the export of certain goods to the requirement of an automatic export notice,” published on the same day in the Official Journal of the Federation (the “Decree”).
According to the Communication, the DGFCE resolved to extend the applicability of the Decree until July 7, 2025.
It was also announced that applications for automatic export notices will be accepted starting June 30, 2025, and therefore, they should not be submitted beforehand, as they will not be processed.
