Veritas Capital has announced the closing of its ninth flagship fund.
The fund, The Veritas Capital Fund IX, closed at its hard cap of $14.4 billion. It was oversubscribed, surpassing the initial target of $13 billion.
Veritas, founded in 1992 and based in New York, is a private equity firm that primarily targets technology or technology-enabled solutions for several sectors, including healthcare.
