Following a previous Eight Circuit decision to vacate the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) “Click-to-Cancel” rule, the FTC has revived its efforts in this area and submitted a draft Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) on the Negative Option Rule.
