I’ve been gnawing on this one for a little while. On the eve of its entry into Ohio, the mega chain Buc-ee’s, which currently (or soon will) owns 50 stores in 20 states, has filed a federal lawsuit against Mickey’s, a convenience store chain that operates 42 stores in Northern Ohio. Buc-ee’s lawsuit contends that Mickey’s Moose logo infringes the Buc-ee beaver logo. It is the most hostile act against a moose since the days of Boris and Natasha Badenov.
