On 19 June 2026, the General Secretariat of the Council issued an ‘I’ Item Note to the Permanent Representatives Committee setting out its negotiating mandate on the proposed Regulation amending the proposed Regulation amending the Regulation on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (SFDR) and the Regulation on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products, and repealing Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1288.
