RS2 Healthcare Partners has invested in KMM Group, according to a news release.
KMM, founded in 2020 and based in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, is a contract manufacturer specializing in components for the medical device industry and other markets.
RS2, founded in 1989 and based in Boston, focuses on healthcare investing in the lower middle market. Formerly Riverside Partners, the firm focuses on pharma services, medical device contract manufacturing and technology-enabled healthcare, among other subsectors.
Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
