Sheridan Capital Partners has announced it has invested in Carolina Components Group (CCG).
CCG, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, is a provider of bioprocessing assemblies and components used in the manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals.
Sheridan, founded in 2012 and based in Chicago, is a healthcare-focused firm that pursues buyouts and growth equity investments in the lower middle market. The firm concentrates on providers, outsourced services, products and manufacturing, and software and technology.
Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
