TGP, based in New York, is a private equity firm focused on acquiring controlling stakes in North American platform businesses. The firm primarily invests in technology-enabled services businesses across three core sectors — healthcare, information technology and financial services, with target investment sizes ranging from approximately $25 million to $100 million in enterprise value.
