The following have been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ):
- Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1519 of 6 July 2026 amending the regulatory technical standards (RTS) laid down in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/392 as regards the information a Central Securities Depository (CSD) is to provide to its competent authority for the review and evaluation process referred to in Article 22(1) of the Central Securities Depositories Regulation (CSDR). The Delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the OJ (3 November 2026). However, Article 1, points (3)(a)(ii) to (3)(a)(vi) and (3)(a)(viii) shall apply from 3 November 2027.
- Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1536 of 6 July 2026 amending the RTS laid down in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1229 supplementing the CSDR with regard to RTS on settlement discipline. The Delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the OJ (3 November 2026). It shall start to apply from 7 December 2026. However, Article 1, point (3)(a) as regards the amendment to Article 5(4), point (b), of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1229, (8)(a)(i), (8)(b), (8)(c), (9), (11), (12) and (13) shall apply from 1 July 2027. Article 1, points (3)(b), (4), (5), (6), (7) and point (10) shall apply from 11 October 2027.
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1512 of 6 July 2026 amending the implementing technical standards laid down in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/394 as regards standard forms, templates and procedures for the purposes of the information provided by CSDs for the review and evaluation process of CSDs. The Implementing Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the OJ (3 November 2026).
