Mahwah Criminal AttorneysMahwah cops recently arrested a man who reportedly committed an act of lewdness while he walked along Interstate 287 in Mahwah, New Jersey.

Mahwah police officers were sent to mile marker 64 of I-287 after they received a report of a naked man walking dangerously close to the roadway. When police arrived at the site and saw the suspect, he was allegedly carrying a sex toy and using it in full view of I-287 motorists.

The suspect, a 39-year-old man who lives in Amsterdam, NY, was arrested and charged with the sex crime of lewdness.

The suspect was initially transported to Mahwah police headquarters, where police questioned him. According to authorities, the suspect declares that he likes to “get naked” outside.
