The “Economic Opportunity Act of 2013,” which was approved overwhelmingly by the General Assembly at the end of June, today passed the State Senate by a vote of 30-4 and is headed to the Governor’s Office for consideration. The legislation, as previously reported on this blog, will collapse the State’s four business recruitment and retention incentives into a single program – a new and improved GrowNJ program.
