Google is moving forward with real world testing of Duplex, which gives your computer or phone a real human voice, inflection and interaction. The voices making these reservations are computers or phones. Google says they are going to identify such calls as being made by a computer; but, it is unclear how that will work. So, the next time you get a call, ask yourself whether it makes a difference if it is a human or not.
