Andrew P. Barsom

Andrew Barsom is an attorney in the firm's Litigation Department, where his practice is focused primarily within the Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights, Long Term Care and Retail & Hospitality practice groups.  His main responsibility within each of these practice groups is focused on the collection of debts on behalf of clients of the Firm whether derived from contractual rights; leasehold obligations; for services provided or any combination of the above.  Andrew routinely appears in Courts across the state of Connecticut to advocate on behalf of the Firm’s clients in foreclosure actions; breach of contract actions, prejudgment remedy applications and summary process (eviction) actions.
