Bart focuses his practice in the securities and corporate areas, with an emphasis on federal securities law matters. He has extensive experience in securities law compliance related to mergers, acquisitions, and private placement of securities. Bart has recently worked extensively on federal securities law aspects of community bank mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity offerings for small and mid-sized corporate clients.
