Previously with Husch Blackwell, Blake represented developers of wind, solar, and battery storage projects across the country, from initial siting all the way through investment and financing, property rights acquisition, and construction. He served clients who are leading the way toward a sustainable future and regularly performed title and survey review; assisted with landowner negotiations; and drafted and negotiated purchase and sale, leasing, interconnection, site control, financing, distribution, and joint operating agreements.
