Corinne Cook is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office and a member of the CFIUS Practice Group. She advises clients on the U.S. national security review process administered by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). As a member of the firm's Business and Human Rights Practice Group, Corinne advises companies on the evolving legal landscape related to the corporate responsibility to respect human rights. She advises on enforcement risks under Withhold Release Orders (WROs) and the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) in the United States.
