Caroline Garth is an associate in the International Trade Practice Group who regularly advises clients on the application of international trade controls, including economic sanctions and export controls laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, and Treasury. She has also performed trade controls-related due diligence and prepared submissions for regulatory approvals in connection with M&A transactions. Caroline further has experience representing clients in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as related litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade.
