Cherise Gaffney is a partner in the Environment, Land Use and Natural Resources practice group. She advises clients on federal natural resources law in complex permitting and compliance matters. Representative clients include developers and owners of hydropower dams, offshore wind developers, oil and gas terminals and refineries, and wave and tidal energy projects.
