David Wilson provides healthcare regulatory and transactional counsel as it relates to mergers, acquisitions, compliance and operational matters.

David earned a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and an undergraduate degree in music from Amherst College. During law school, David served as a healthcare law research assistant. During his final year of law school, David was a clerk at Zeisler PLLC, where he worked on cryptocurrency and securities related matters.
