Danielle T. Gauer

Danielle Tamara Gauer is an associate at the Miami office of MG+M practicing maritime law. Danielle was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Danielle spent several years at sea as a crewmember-performer onboard cruise ships. Before relocating to Florida to practice maritime law, Danielle completed her Canadian law degree, licensing and articling in Toronto at one of Canada’s leading law firms in the areas of class actions, labor and employment law and civil litigation. Danielle obtained her LL.M in Maritime Law and J.D. from the University of Miami School of law, a J.D. from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, and a B.A. (Hons.) in Criminal Justice from Ryerson University where she was the recipient of the Gold Medal and the H.H. Kerr Memorial Scholarship for the Faculty of Arts. Danielle also offers independent legal advice for Canadians.
