David Griffith
Professional Bio
David Griffith is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Orange County office and is a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition and White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement groups. David’s practice focuses on counseling and representing corporate and individual clients in regulatory enforcement actions, government investigations, criminal defense matters, and internal investigations. David represents clients on a wide range of issues, including no-poach conspiracies, monopolization, market-allocation, price-fixing, and FCPA compliance.
While in law school, David served as co-editor-in-chief of the National Black Law Journal and also worked with JAMS helping to improve diversity amongst their panelists. He is a board member-at-large at the Thurgood Marshall Bar Association and was on featured on Lawyers of Color’s "Hot List 2020," an annual list of "the most dynamic junior and mid-level lawyers of color who have demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing diversity in the legal profession."
