Emily Fountain counsels companies on healthcare fraud and abuse matters related to alleged violations under the False Claims Act (FCA), Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), the Stark Law, and other state and federal statutes. In addition, she advises clients in response to federal and state government actions and investigations. She also maintains an active pro bono practice advising clients on civil and criminal litigation disputes.
