Erica Hitchings

Erica Blachman Hitchings is a member of the Whistleblower Law Collaborative LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Hitchings served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California and as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Fraud Section. In both capacities, she successfully investigated, litigated, and settled a wide range of False Claims Act and other affirmative enforcement matters. Hitchings frequently speaks and writes on topics of health care fraud and False Claims Act developments.
