Elliott Williams

Elliott Williams help inventors, artists, and brands strengthen their businesses by enforcing (or avoiding) intellectual property rights. He does patent infringement litigation, copyright and trademark litigation, cease and desist letters, trade secrets disputes, and patent-related matters. This often happens in federal court or before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He help's coordinate an informal working group on blockchain and, separately, contribute to Stoel Rives’ energy, climate change, and solar initiatives.
