Frank DeSantis

Frank is a member of Thompson Hine's business litigation practice group and Chair of the firm's Ethics Committee.  He is a past chair of the Ohio Supreme Court's Board of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.  Frank served for many years on the Cuyahoga County Bar Association's Certified Grievance Committee, including two years as its chair.  Frank has handled a significant number of legal malpractice matters on behalf of both clients and lawyers, and has served as an expert witness in professional negligence cases.
