Frances P. Kelley

Francie Kelley is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Group. She advises private equity funds, portfolio companies and strategic investors in connection with a wide range of matters including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and general corporate governance matters.

Francie earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her B.A. at The College of William & Mary. While in law school Francie interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
