The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia struck down the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rule providing for federal tax credits for health insurance purchased through federal exchanges, while the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit upheld the same IRS rule.
