Graham Bryant

Graham represents clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement matters involving state attorneys general and federal agencies. He spent over four years in the Office of the Solicitor General of Virginia, where as principal deputy solicitor general he handled significant constitutional challenges and policy litigation in state and federal courts, including multiple matters in the U.S. Supreme Court. Graham additionally served as the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia’s director of Virginia appellate litigation, overseeing the office’s practice in all civil and major criminal cases in Virginia’s appellate courts — experience that taught him how state enforcement offices think about cases and make decisions at the highest levels.
