Jacob Kozaczuk

Jacob is an associate in the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Practice Group. He represents clients in many aspects of complex business and civil litigation, including contract disputes, unfair business practices, and shareholder derivative claims. He also advises public agencies, health care providers, and other businesses on governance responsibilities, privacy, and compliance with state and federal regulations. In addition to experience at the trial court level, Jacob has handled appeals before the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit.
