Joseph Bussiere

Joe Bussiere is an associate in the firm’s Boston office where his practice focuses on an array of disciplines including complex tort, employment law, professional liability, and construction litigation. Joe’s practice entails defending clients through all stages of litigation ranging from pre-suit claims through trial.  His litigation experience also includes representing clients in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies on a variety of complex tort, discrimination, wrongful termination, ADA, FLSA, and collective/class action wage and hour disputes.
